Robert Taylor - 1911-1969; American actor who starred in over 50 movies, including Quo Vadis, Ivanhoe, Magnificent Obsession and Billy the Kid. In the 1960s he starred in several TV series, including The Detectives Starring Robert Taylor and Death Valley Days - 5 x 7 inches (13 x 18 cm) autographed photo in dark blue ink. Marie Tempest - 1864-1942, British singer and actress, she was a huge star of operetta and musical comedy, particularly famous for the title role in Cellier's Dorothy, and she starred in The Red Hussar in London and New York. At Daly's Theatre she starred in The Geisha, A Greek Slave and San Toy. She then appeared in plays for Herbert Beerbohm Tree, and later created the role of Judith Bliss in Noel Coward's Hay Fever - 3.5 x 5.5 inches (9 x 14 cm) autographed postcard, signed in blue ink. £30   [ref: MT1]

Danny Thomas - 1914-1991, American actor, comedian, singer and producer. He starred in several films including I'll see you in my Dreams, and The Jazz Singer. In the 1940s he starred in the radio show The Danny Thomas Show, and made appearances on the variety show The Big Show. Sybil Thorndike - 1882-1976, British actress who gained a name for herself playing Shakespeare roles in touring companies in the USA, then during WW1 at the Old Vic. In 1924 she played the title role in George Bernard Shaw's Saint Joan, and in the 1920s and 30s was one of Britain's most important stage actresses - autograph in black ink on 3.5 x 2.5 inches (9 x 6 cm) card, stuck onto 4 x 6 inches (15 x 10 cm) pink page from autograph book. £20

She is most famous for playing the role of Marjorie Frobisher in BBC TV sitcom To the Manor Born, and Margaret Thatcher in the TV version of the play Anyone For Denis? Chaim Topol - born 1935, Israeli actor, often billed as "Topol". Frances de la Tour - born 1944, British actress. From 1965 she played small roles with the Royal Shakespeare Company, including Helena in Peter Brook's A Midsummer Night's Dream. She won the Olivier award for Best Actress for her role in Duet for One, and a second one for A Moon for the Misbegotten. She joined the National Theatre, playing the title role in Saint Joan, and most famously Mrs. Lintott in The History Boys, a role she also played in the film version. On TV she became hugely famous as Miss Jones in the sitcom Rising Damp. A new generation of know her as Olympe Maxime in the Harry Potter films - 5.5 x 3.5 inches (14 x 9 cm) autographed photo, signed: "Love, Frances de la Tour".
